Who we are
CybertruckOGs is an independent owners' guild. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" and "Cybertruck" are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
Nominative fair use
- We use "Cybertruck" and "Tesla" only as plain words to identify the vehicles our members own.
- We never use Tesla logos, the Cybertruck wordmark styling, or Tesla imagery, and never imply sponsorship.
- Our crest, STAINLESS 365 and 30X OGS are our own original marks.
Zero-VIN privacy policy
- We never publish VINs, license plates, home addresses or exact locations. Registry verification data is checked privately and then reduced to a trim, era and Founding No.
- We collect only what a feature needs: email for the newsletter, a display name and region for the registry.
- We do not sell personal data. You can request export or deletion at privacy@cybertruckogs.com.
- Photos are stripped of location metadata before display, and plates are blurred.
- Commercial emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
DMCA safe harbor
We respond to notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512. Send notices to our designated agent at dmca@cybertruckogs.com (agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office pending launch). Include: the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your signature. Counter-notices follow § 512(g). Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Joy Wall photo license
When you submit a photo or story you confirm you took it (or have permission), and you grant CybertruckOGs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, crop and share it with credit across our sites, newsletter and channels. You keep your copyright and can ask us to remove it at any time.
Regional chapter meetup liability waiver
Attendance at any chapter meetup, rally, caravan or trail run is voluntary. Off-road driving, towing, charging and Powershare use carry risk of injury and property damage. By checking in, each attendee accepts these risks, agrees to follow traffic laws, trail rules and organizer instructions, and releases CybertruckOGs, its chapter organizers and volunteers from claims arising from ordinary negligence to the extent permitted by law. Minors need a guardian's acceptance.
Chapter charter license
- Chapters operate under a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from the CybertruckOGs root guild.
- The root guild retains 100% ownership of all domains, marks, artwork, the member ledger and badge numbering, social accounts and payment rails. Chapters get access, never ownership.
- Ranks (OG Member, Trail Scout, Squad Captain, Chapter Commander, Regional Marshal) are earned automatically from verified activity and grant recognition and organizing permissions, not votes over guild assets.
- After 90 days without verified activity, a Commander role passes to the chapter's #2 organizer.
- Top chapters earn custom rockers and a 15% rebate on chapter-branded sales made through guild rails.
- Charters may be revoked immediately for House Rules violations, unauthorized side-monetization or misuse of marks.
